Pawnee Fire Information

The Pawnee Fire, which started late afternoon on Saturday June 23 in Spring Valley, is under full control. The final update from Cal Fire is at http://www.fire.ca.gov/current_incidents/incidentdetails/Index/2080 .

The fire in Yolo County, the County Fire , is nearing full control.

A damage assessment of properties in Spring Valley has been released.

Evacuations & Road Closures:

The evacuation of the Double Eagle Ranch, as well as all other evacuations, have been lifted.

There are still ongoing firefighting efforts in the Walker Ridge and Indian Valley Reservoir areas, and Walker Ridge Road is closed.

Although access to the fire area is being restored, the area is still hazardous, and should only be visited by those who need to. Be on the lookout for hazards while travelling.
