Power Increase Completed

Our transmitter power has been increased to 300 Watts. Thanks to all the people who helped out on this: the supporters, listeners, underwriters, programmers, staff.

Power Increase Delayed

The installation of the new equipment has been delayed until further notice due to weather. Check back for new developments.

The station will be down on December 14th 2012, all day long for tower upgrade. If all goes well we will be back on the air the next day.

Power Increase Underway

Pattern testing has begun back east – the first stage in completing the tower move and upgrade. Work is scheduled to begin around May-June on Mt. Konocti to complete the project. Read the rest of this entry »

Power Increase Roadmap

KPFZ Power Increase History
