As the County government begins to shift operations for compliance with new state programs regarding mental illness, homelessness, and substance use disorders -- in a combined effort (9/27/23 Lakeport "Town Hall" at the Soper Reese Theater), we discussed several resources for understanding basic mental health issues that are being recognized in every rural community today:
